It's already May
Wow, I can't believe that I haven't written for so long. I was bursting to talk about the pregnancy when it was still too early, and now I'm totally slacking off.
Things with me have been a whirlwind lately. There's so much work to be done at home, and I'm getting pretty behind at marking at school (and this really doesn't help! :) ), and there are a lot of things scheduled in my daytimer. Yes, I had to start a daytimer because I couldn't keep track of personal, professional, and miscellaneous life without one anymore.
Things with the pregnancy are great. I really have a good amount of energy, although when I do anything strenuous, I get really tired when I'm done. But the great thing is, a good night's sleep usually perks me right back up again. I still don't know if I've felt any movement (I'm 18 weeks today), but I have felt a different feeling, although I wouldn't call it the butterflies in your tummy feeling everyone's been describing. I'm definately starting to show, but it still doesn't look like I'm pregnant - just gaining weight. I really need to post a pic, but it's so hard when I don't have internet at home.
There's one thing that is a vague issue. I'm rh negative, and Trent's rh positive, which means I need to go for a prescription shot at the ER. Most people I've talked to say that they only got the shot after the baby was born. I'd like to know why I'm taking mine this way, instead of the other, but I missed the call from my doctor today, which means I need to find some time to call tomorrow. Anther thing I need to schedule in! :)
Anyhow, if you have anything to say about it, I'd love to hear!
